During the on-site work, the technician will take photos and make a survey sheet, based on which we will prepare a digitized documentation for you.
Upon receipt thereof, you will receive a comprehensive picture of the current condition of your property, any defects discovered, the smaller ones of which will be corrected on site by our staff. Such as replacing dislocated roof tiles or securing a loose bracket at gutter. Any major errors that may not be corrected during the inspection (for example, because scaffolding, more time or people needed, preparation, other materials are needed ...etc) will be added to the documentation in the order of priority, in the form of suggestions.
