Gutter cleaning, repair and replacement

Repair of facades 

Regular inspection and maintenance of the façade is important, as rainwater can enter the structure of the building through faults and cracks in the façade. This is especially possible if a concentrated large amount of water flows through the wall surface due to the clogged gutter. In extreme cases, the loose plaster or cladding of the façade falling from a height can also cause an accident. FROM £75.00

Window and solar panel cleaning

Regular cleaning of the windows can prevent the build-up of stubborn dirt on the surface. Dirt that has been deposited for several years cannot be removed with a simple window cleaning. The same is true for solar panels. Deposited dirt reduces the efficiency of solar panels. The accumulated dirt (like bird droppings) in a small area can even damage the solar cell in the long run. Installation of bird protection systems

The regular presence of birds can be a source of several problems in the building. Most often, the occlusion of the gutter is caused by accumulated bird droppings. Birds prefer to use (especially pigeons) to build a nest or a night resting on the ledges of a building. From here, damaging the façade with feces.
